The SC member is marked with a priority mark in the display column, and gets the priority to release the latest supply and requirement. We may inform the qualified member within ten working days since the day of application.

Qualifications to apply for "SC"
1. Legal registered enterprise with fixed business address, contact method and contact person;
2. Registered member of InstOnline.com with at least three-months' using time; copy of government business certificate/license is required;
3. All information the member posted is real and valid, the member should have good business reputation and credit standing, should be glad to accept the evaluations from other members;
4. Considerate service, unconditional goods return for quality problems during transaction, no deceptive business;
5. The member takes the obligation to cooperate with us for the regular reputation assess investigation. The member, who refuses to cooperate or breaks SC authenticate rules during investigation, will be terminated the SC qualification immediately by InstOnline.com; if the SC member gets complaints from customers over (include) five times in half a year, the SC member will be terminated SC qualification by InstOnline.com and can not apply again within one year;
6. The SC member should take all responsibility for his/her behavior breaking or against the law or commercial rules and caused any damage or harmful effect to the other members. SC authentication cannot guarantee permanently the members' standing, InstOnline.com is not liable for any loss concerned;
7. InstOnline.com reserves the rights to terminate members' SC qualification and the priority mark at any time without note in advance;
8. The SC member should abide by the SC authentication rules.
SC Authentication Rules
1. Fill out the Authentication Application carefully and send the copy of government business license/certificate--> [download Authentication Application]
2. InstOnline.com will examine the information of the member filled in the application; if proven to be qualified, the member will have two months' SC Member trial period before get the SC member priority mark. If the member fails to meet the regulations or rules, or gets complains from the users during trial period, InstOnline.com will terminate his/her SC qualification.
